NB: To visit the Camera degli Sposi and Castello di San Giorgio, booking is compulsory for groups and recommended for individuals due to the quota of entrances. When booking, a visiting time will be given to arrive at the entrance of Castello di San Giorgio (Piazza Castello), after collecting tickets at the ticket office in Piazza Sordello. With the exception of tickets purchased with the p@h service (print at home), which are printed independently, and exhibited at the entrance of the chosen route, allowing direct access to the Palace. The ticket and reservation services are under the responsibility of the company Charta /Best Union.

Yearly subscription: € 29.00. Nominal and non-transferable, valid 365 days from the date of issue and allows unlimited admission to the whole complex (entrance to the Camera degli Sposi is subject to availability of places).

Mantova + Sabbioneta Card: To holders of Mantua Museum Cards issued before April 2016 an additional ticket is required at the cost of € 5.50 to have entrance to the Camera degli Sposi and Castello di San Giorgio, which includes temporary exhibitions (reservation charge not included, see above).
Mantova + Sabbioneta Card: issued from the 9th of April, 2016, at a cost of € 20.00 full price, € 8.00 reduced price (for 12 – 18 year olds) allows entrance to the following museums: Ducal Palace (for the Corte Vecchia only: an additional ticket at the cost of € 5.50 is required to access the Camera degli Sposi and Castello di San Giorgio route. Includes any temporary exhibitions; reservation charge not included, see above), Civic Museum of Palazzo Te (Te Palace), town Museum of Palazzo San Sabastiano (Saint Sebastian Palace), National Archaeological Museum, Diocesan Museum Francesco Gonzaga, Palazzo d’Arco Museum, Palazzo della Ragione and Clock Tower, Bibiena Academic Theatre, the Museum System of Sabbioneta, Tazio Nuvolari Museum and the Temple of Saint Sebastian. The card is valid for 72 hours from the date of the first entrance and allows one entrance to each associated museum. The new card, while valid, also entitles the holder to use urban transport, bike sharing and Apam urban transport: unlimited city bus for 72 hours; intercity bus n. 17 (Mantua to Sabbioneta) available from Monday to Saturday; intercity bus n. 17S on Sundays and holidays with 4 runs a day. The Ducal Palace Management, in collaboration with Civita, promotes a guided tour service at fixed times (10am, 11am, 12pm, 3pm, 4pm), including the Corte Vecchia, Camera degli Sposi and Castello di San Giorgio itinerary.
